Problem/ Opportunity United India was entering its 75th year of operations. This had to be celebrated in a big way. Besides, advertising had to effectively communicate the message that United India has been successfully offering protective coverage to millions in the country for several generations now.
Key Insight United India is one of those rare household names that has been offering people peace of mind for several generations.
Creative Idea/ Strategy 75 years – and more to come…
Execution For the entire duration of the platinum year, a special communication package was created with a logo commemorating the Platinum jubilee year of United India. Special ads were created for the beginning and the ending of the year. Visually, the message disseminated was that United India was like a roof over the entire country, covering India with its policies. The other visual imagery included a helping hand and a history book that as beginning a new chapter.
Result The platinum jubilee year was clearly highlighted and etched in the minds of millions of customers.
